About Shanda Madriaga

I began my career in Real Estate in 2005 on the admin side of the real estate transaction. I became a licensed Realtor in 2007 & from there I have enjoyed working with clients buying their first homes, selling & buying again or just buying land for hunting, crops or a new construction home. Sometimes its happy times & sometimes its difficult times & situations. Whatever the situation is I’m always here to help, advise & stand by them to make the best real estate decisions possible. I have gained lifelong friends through the process of buying and selling homes & I’m so thankful for every opportunity given. Nothing makes me happier then to see a happy client at the end. Originally born in Williamsburg VA, I grew up in a small-town Kilmarnock, on the Northern Neck of VA. I moved back to the Peninsula in 1999 and have been here ever since. I’m a 2002 Graduate of Menchville High (Go Monarchs). In 2000 I met my husband and we have 2 wonderful children. We love living so close to many great tourist destinations. We love traveling to our favorite spots in the Outer Banks & spending any free time we have on the water in the summer.
